Your donation will allow us to:

• Provide dignified homes for families in need

• Keep rents at current levels, with no future rent increases

• Maintain properties in great condition for our families

Our properties require regular maintenance and investment—roofs, hot water heaters, heating systems and appliances are frequently in need of replacement. Maintaining high-quality housing while keeping rent affordable is our top priority, but is very challenging without the generous support of individuals and organizations.

We also gratefully accept donations by check made out to “Vincent’s Homes, Inc.” and mailed to us in care of our board member, BDP Impact Real Estate, due to ongoing reliability concerns with the East Germantown post office:
